TITLE IX NOTIFICATION

In accordance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, which prohibits an educational institution from discrimination based on sex, Loudoun Country Day School (LCDS)  does not discriminate on the basis of sex or gender in its educational programs and activities.

The following persons have been designated to handle inquiries regarding LCDS’s non-discrimination policies, including its Title IX policy:

Any student, employee, or applicant for employment or admission to LCDS who believes that they are a victim or have been discriminated against in violation of Title IX, may file a complaint with one of the Title IX Coordinators listed above. The Title IX Coordinator will assist the complainant in identifying the appropriate LCDS policy (with its grievance procedure) to resolve the complaint in a prompt and equitable manner.
